Our office is centrally located in the city of White Plains, NY. The office is in Suite 308 at 95 Church Street, on the corner of Church Street and Hamilton Avenue. This is close to the White Plains Mall. It is only a short walk from the White Plains train and bus station, and parking is available for our patients. The patient parking is at the corner of Barker and Church Street. You need to get a token from us in order to exit the lot without charge.

Map and Driving Instructions

1) Coming from the South on the Bronx River Parkway, exit onto Main Street in White Plains, turning left on Church Street after passing the Galleria Mall on your right.

2) Coming from the Tappan Zee Bridge, take 287 East to White Plains. Take exit 6 onto Broadway (turning right), then turn right on Hamilton Ave. until you reach Church St.

3) Coming from Connecticut, take 287 West until exit 6 (the Westchester Mall exit), stay on Westchester Ave until you can make a left onto Hamilton Ave. Follow it to Church St.

4) Coming North from the Taconic, exit onto North Broadway heading South. From North Broadway, turn right onto Hamilton Ave., and you will reach Church St.

5) Coming West from Westchester Ave., stay on Westchester until you pass the Westchester Mall, then make a left onto Hamilton Ave., and you will see Church St. in a few blocks.
